Volleyball is a team sport where the ball is not allowed to touch the ground. Most people do not play volleyball because they are afraid of getting hit and they do not know how to catch a ball and spike it back. Some do not play volleyball because they play other sports and they want to focus on it. Volleyball challenges the ones who fear being hurt. It’s either you hit the ball or get hit by it.

Many known personalities are known for playing volleyball, and one of this is Allysa Valdez , MVP for years and aspiring and phenomenal volleyball player. She's my inspiration in playing volleyball. Seeing her makes me want to try and pursue volleyball more. We know life is like spiking, you will get the trials but you need to face it or smash it with your hand. Also, we need to block the negative things in our lives to lessened the stressors that can trigger ourselves to be more stressed. We need to set our goals and we need to have a service ace to have this as it fullest. Life is like a play of volleyball, we toss, we lay up, we dig and everything. We need to do these things to win this game. To win this battle. The spike of life that everyone wanted.

But in the end, I stop playing. Sometimes I thought, volleyball isn't for me or I'm just busy doing my own thing in my life that's why I quit playing. Being a player is still in me but I have a big part in myself that I should focus in my studies instead of doing a thing that I'm not the best. But I know, I can do my best especially when God is with me. But still, I will choose the right and better thing. I should focus on my studies and be a player in my heart. Silently supporting my favorite players and silently praying that soon, I'll shall return

Here are some benefits of playing volleyball that I can give before this blog ends:

Improve Cardiovascular Health
Improve Muscular Strength
Weight Loss
Improves Hand-Eye Coordination
